CBSHOME Real Estate is proud to announce the acquisition of Hansen Realty, a leading residential real estate firm based in Bellevue, NE and serving the surrounding communities.  This Bellevue location will be referred to as CBSHOME’s Twin Creek Office.

Both Hansen Realty and CBSHOME have long-standing reputations for providing clients in the residential real estate market with the highest level of customer service, expertise and resources. With the merger, CBSHOME will have a greater number of associates available to help customers buy and sell their home and will further its position within the Omaha region as the market leader.

John Hansen, founder of Hansen Realty, is a lifelong resident of Bellevue who is widely recognized for his active community involvement and leadership. Hansen Realty opened more than 35 years ago and has strong community ties in Nebraska’s metropolitan area. John Hansen will continue to play an integral role in the ongoing success of CBSHOME Real Estate as National Director of Military Relations.
