TAB through the fields of contact information as you input your name, etc. All fields of information are necessary to generate and send your Business Plan to you by email.
Click on Submit
TAB through the fields designated by an asterisk (*) and input information into the following fields: *Desired Take-Home Revenue (how much gross income do you want to earn in one year’s time?), *Average Sales Price (one that you have established or $160,000 which is what our local board is sharing right now) and *Average Commission Rate (this is the percentage of the total commission on a transaction that YOU earn. Typically 2% is a good number to use).
Click on Submit (scroll down to the bottom of the page)
Once you have input this information into the appropriate fields, the system will automatically calculate what you will see in the Business Plan that will be emailed to you momentarily.
